Description

  • Lead creative projects across multiple client accounts while balancing priorities, timelines, budgets, and quality.
  • Scope and estimate new work, including timelines, budgets, resource plans, and creative briefs.
  • Partner with Design Leads and Operations to staff projects based on skills, capacity, and client needs.
  • Monitor project profitability, resource utilization, delivery performance, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to SketchDeck’s quality standards.
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive communication, kickoffs, status meetings, planning sessions, and day-to-day support.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client business goals to guide planning and identify growth opportunities.
  • Own ongoing client relationship and account health for accounts without a dedicated Account Manager.
  • Lead weekly standups and manage designers, writers, and QC specialists.
  • Manage and mentor junior Project Managers and contribute process improvements to the PM team and PMO.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of creative project management experience within a creative agency.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts, including enterprise and Fortune 100 clients, with $1M+ in annual project volume.
  • Ability to accurately estimate, scope, and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
  • Expertise in brand systems, multi-channel campaigns, and complex creative workflows.
  • Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven ability to build trusted client relationships while leading cross-functional creative teams.
  • Experience mentoring Project Coordinators or junior Project Managers preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar preferred.
  • PST or MST time zone preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $90k–$105k.
  • Uncapped annual commission of $5k–$10k, paid monthly.
  • Total on-target earnings of $95k–$115k.
