Description

  • Manage and support multiple client accounts with consistent communication and relationship-building.
  • Conduct outreach to prospects and present products or services that align with client needs.
  • Understand client goals and challenges to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, presentations, negotiations, and closing.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipelines, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and standard sales processes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client needs.
  • Experience managing a diverse client portfolio preferred.
  • Industry-specific knowledge depending on the product or service preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting revenue goals preferred.
