Description

  • Build and activate strategic alliances with SIs, consultancies, and ISVs across APAC.
  • Drive immediate revenue growth by extending global SI alliances into regional markets.
  • Develop a network of regional system integrators and leverage existing relationships to create new partnerships.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts in coordination with regional sales leaders.
  • Provide partner enablement, build relationships, and create joint business plans with priority partners.
  • Spearhead co-selling initiatives and support direct sales cycles with partners and account executives.
  • Shape joint value propositions, sales collateral, and delivery models for partner-led opportunities.
  • Identify at-risk or stalled deals where partners can help accelerate progress.
  • Manage partner governance, including QBRs and progression from registered to preferred tiers.
  • Resolve complex partner issues and escalations while protecting key relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience building partner sourced opportunities through strategic partner initiatives.
  • Proven ability to identify when to bring partners into direct sales cycles to add value.
  • Track record of consistently exceeding personal revenue targets.
  • Hands-on experience leading sales cycles with partners and AEs.
  • Ability to articulate value propositions for SIs, consultancies, and ISVs.
  • Experience mapping internal account lists to partner accounts to identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Structured, strategic approach to regional prioritization and territory management.
  • Experience implementing partner governance such as QBRs and joint business plans.
  • Understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem in APAC and experience working with Salesforce SI or ISV partners.
  • Extensive experience in Telco, Energy, Utilities, or Critical Infrastructure, with knowledge of the competitive landscape for asset lifecycle management solutions in APAC.
