Description

  • Identify, prioritize, and cultivate sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, and content publishers across the UK, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, and Spain.
  • Develop tailored outreach strategies and negotiate partnership terms aligned with Amazon-side business goals.
  • Analyze existing publisher performance and create plans to re-engage underperforming partners and accelerate growth.
  • Work with partners to optimize product feeds, improve conversion, and unlock additional revenue.
  • Own technical onboarding, including API integrations, tracking setup, and attribution accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot tracking and integration issues independently and escalate only issues requiring engineering support.
  • Maintain technical documentation to help partners self-serve during implementation.
  • Track and report GMV, conversion rate, activation status, and other portfolio performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Creator team on messaging and territory strategy and share partner feedback with Product.
  • Monitor the EMEA affiliate landscape and identify new partnership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or business development.
  • Direct experience with sub-networks, comparison shopping sites, or similar publisher types.
  • Hands-on experience with API integrations and affiliate attribution and tracking technology.
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot technical integration issues.
  • Familiarity with Impact, CJ, AWIN, or similar affiliate platforms and comfort reading technical documentation.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity and building processes in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Based in the United Kingdom or Netherlands.
  • Fluent English required.
  • German, French, or Spanish language skills preferred.
