Description

  • Configure, deploy, and manage the Workday Financials platform and its integrations with other SaaS systems.
  • Partner with Finance, Legal, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver platform enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday Financials and third-party applications using Workday integration technologies.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to reliability, security, and user experience.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, and other internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide technical support, training, and documentation for end users and administrators.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and release management while staying current on Workday best practices.
  • Support data management, reporting, and analytics initiatives to maintain data integrity and accuracy.
  • Contribute to the enterprise technology roadmap, including SaaS-first and cloud migration initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a System Engineer or similar role supporting SaaS Finance, Legal, and HRIS platforms.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including configuration, integration, and support.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance in a SaaS environment.
  • Proficiency with Workday integration tools and other SaaS platforms for Legal and HRIS, such as UKG Pro.
  • Experience with SQL database technology.
  • Experience with automation, scripting tools such as Python and PowerShell, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Workday certification in Financials or related modules is preferred.
  • Experience supporting SaaS applications in regulated industries such as finance, legal, or insurance is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Azure, networking, and security best practices is preferred.
  • Familiarity with enterprise data warehousing, business intelligence, and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Employment visa sponsorship is not available.
