Description

  • Lead the technical setup of new content feeds from initial datapoint through final activation of automated ingest.
  • Oversee ingest workflows to ensure incoming content feeds and data deliveries meet internal and external SLAs.
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve data ingest failures to maintain consistent metadata delivery across pipelines.
  • Coordinate with downstream stakeholders and provide technical support for client-related inquiries.
  • Document bugs, provider-specific requirements, and internal workflows in ticketing systems.
  • Navigate technical requirements with external partners and align them with internal workflows for seamless content delivery.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in data operations, technical support, or a similar role focused on digital content pipelines and data management.
  • Fluency in English and the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, data cleaning, and logical functions.
  • Proven competence in end-to-end project execution and independent management of multiple workstreams.
  • Prior experience in Media, OTT, or VOD, especially with ingest pipelines or metadata QC, preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital systems, including file formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV, and data transfer protocols.
  • Ability to quickly master proprietary internal tools and navigate various data formats and delivery standards.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is a significant advantage.
  • CVs must be submitted in English.
