Description

  • Handle customer communications via email and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Deliver outstanding service that helps customers stay longer and feel supported.
  • Build strong customer relationships through personalized, empathetic interactions.
  • Provide solutions and recommendations that meet customer needs.
  • Support customer loyalty through effective account management.
  • Work toward Customer Care team KPIs and performance targets.
  • Create a positive and engaging customer experience in every interaction.
  • Assist with seasonal volume ramp-up and overtime coverage when needed.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience is essential, ideally with at least 2 years of experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, speed, and accuracy.
  • Helpful and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Ability to handle 15–20 customer emails per hour.
  • Experience with Zendesk and Shopify is a plus.
  • Amenable to support the seasonal ramp for 30–60 days.
  • No attendance issues and willingness to work overtime to manage volume.
  • Must be able to work from home and visit the BGC office to pick up equipment.
  • Applicants should include salary expectations and preferred start date.
