Description

  • Lead revenue cycle management teams across onshore and offshore environments.
  • Manage denial management workflows and perform root cause analysis to improve outcomes.
  • Use data analytics and automation to accelerate collections and reduce costs.
  • Coordinate with clinical, IT, AP, and operations teams to support shared goals.
  • Work independently to prioritize responsibilities and manage a remote schedule.
  • Adapt quickly to changing payer trends and maintain team focus in complex situations.
  • Oversee vendor and offshore partnerships to support scalable revenue cycle processes.
  • Help drive EMR/PM integration and use technology to improve operational performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of revenue cycle management leadership experience.
  • 5+ years leading RCM teams across onshore and offshore environments.
  • 3+ years of data analytics and automation experience.
  • Experience with denial management and root cause analysis.
  • Radiology or imaging billing experience preferred.
  • Offshore vendor management experience preferred.
  • Coding experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Imagine systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to work fully remote with approximately 10–20% travel.
