Description

  • Own the end-to-end relationship for high-value strategic accounts across the EMEA region.
  • Drive net revenue retention, expansion, and overall customer success within the largest customer portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities with a sales-oriented approach.
  • Act as the bridge between merchant business needs and Signifyd’s technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with client requirements.
  • Keep client stakeholders aligned and challenge assumptions with data-backed, consultative guidance.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders both externally and internally to execute long-term account strategies.
  • Conduct frequent onsite visits across Europe and attend meetings at Signifyd’s London HQ as needed.
  • Translate fraud detection capabilities and complex data into actionable insights that can inform product direction.
  • Reduce time-to-value for new initiatives and ensure success criteria are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Implementation, Risk, and leadership teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of success in senior enterprise SaaS roles or strategic account management.
  • Professional experience in Data Science, BI, Analytics, or Product Management is highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of ecommerce, fraud, or payments is essential.
  • Proven experience presenting to and negotiating with CxO-level executives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve revenue targets through retention and expansion.
  • Ability to travel frequently, including 1-2 trips per month.
  • Strong program management skills, including resource orchestration and portfolio planning.
  • Background in Business Administration, Business Intelligence, or Product Management with a transition into a commercial, relationship-driven role is one of the preferred candidate profiles.
  • First-hand experience running payments, e-commerce, or fraud prevention programs at a large European company is a preferred candidate profile.
