Description

  • Support CBDP accounting, financial reporting, and internal-control activities.
  • Lead implementation and monitoring of Enterprise Risk Management and support the Manager’s Internal Control Program.
  • Support information-system controls, including Complementary User Entity Controls, and federal compliance requirements.
  • Reconcile budgetary and proprietary accounts and monitor vendor payment operations.
  • Manage and control funds to ensure accurate, audit-ready CBDP transactions.
  • Support financial systems integration and coordination across DAI, JICAP, and related platforms.
  • Prepare audit documentation, corrective action plans, and sustainment strategies aligned with GAO, OMB, and DoD standards.
  • Develop financial management reports, metrics, and briefings for senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in financial management, internal controls, or enterprise risk management.
  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, implementing ERM, and supporting financial compliance in federal environments.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience directly supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (highly preferred).
  • Top Secret/SCI clearance (preferred).
