Description

  • Manage the full proposal development and proposal management lifecycle from kickoff through submission.
  • Develop proposal strategy and coordinate collaboration across internal stakeholders and contributors.
  • Create, format, and refine proposal content and design for print- and submission-ready deliverables.
  • Integrate AI tools and other technologies into proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.
  • Maintain and improve proposal processes and knowledge management systems.
  • Use federal procurement and submission platforms to support proposal activity and tracking.
  • Produce visually compelling proposal documents using desktop publishing and Office tools.
  • Collaborate effectively across the organization and adjust priorities to meet proposal deadlines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of proposal development experience, preferably in government consulting services.
  • Familiarity with GSA schedules and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
  • Proficiency with federal procurement and submission platforms, including eBuy, GovWin, PIEE, Seaport, and SAM.gov.
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Word and strong command of the full MS Office suite, including graphics applications.
  • Hands-on experience with desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Publisher, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in MS SharePoint and other content management databases.
  • Demonstrated ability or strong willingness to learn and integrate AI tools for proposal management, content development, and workflow automation.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal direction and shifting priorities.
  • A curious, growth-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for new technologies and continuous process improvement.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adjust schedules as needed to meet proposal deadlines, including occasional surge periods.
