Description

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding experience for assigned operations teams, including program design, content creation, delivery, nesting coordination, job shadowing, and readiness evaluation.
  • Design and facilitate refresher, upskilling, and process-change training, including queue-specific Claims adjudication training.
  • Build and maintain training materials such as e-learning modules, simulations, facilitator guides, presentations, knowledge checks, role-play scenarios, and assessments.
  • Contribute to a repeatable Claims training library that reduces reliance on tribal knowledge.
  • Own operations-specific knowledge content in the knowledge management system and keep it aligned with current policies, workflows, and product changes.
  • Assess the training impact of operational and product changes and update materials proactively.
  • Manage training logistics independently, including LMS administration, scheduling, roster management, Zoom coordination, and SME preparation.
  • Coordinate SME and supervisor involvement in training programs and set them up for effective participation.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using assessment data, QA results, nesting observations, and supervisor feedback.
  • Collaborate with the broader Enablement team on knowledge management, L&D initiatives, and operational content projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or knowledge management, ideally in a contact center, healthcare operations, or customer service environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of training programs.
  • Strong project and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines.
  • Clear communication skills and experience delivering training virtually and in person.
  • Familiarity with knowledge management systems, learning management systems (LMS), or documentation tools.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to partner across teams and departments.
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.
  • Comfort with AI-assisted content development tools and strong editorial judgment.
  • Experience in healthcare claims processing, claims adjudication, or health insurance operations (preferred).
  • Experience designing or facilitating training in a claims or healthcare operations environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Captivate (preferred).
  • Prior experience with Sana, Document360, or similar LMS and knowledge management platforms (preferred).
