Description

  • Define the product roadmap and strategic vision for the team based on the overall company vision.
  • Align team efforts with business strategy by building close relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies and strategic partnerships across other teams and functions.
  • Translate business value and user feedback into new product developments.
  • Own product-specific KPIs and provide regular performance tracking to stakeholders once solutions are in production.
  • Use market and industry knowledge to convert user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain the backlog three to four sprints ahead of the team.
  • Work with the CPO to establish product business value and support messaging, communication, and customer outreach.
  • Facilitate release planning with stakeholders and lead weekly product demos.
  • Incorporate usability studies and research into product requirements to improve customer satisfaction and customer-driven design.

Requirements

  • Experience developing methods and promoting work standards among employees.
  • Proven experience managing staff, coaching team members, and resolving conflicts.
  • Strong communication skills to convey messages professionally and clearly.
  • Ability to create a trustworthy, comfortable, and efficient work environment.
  • Belief in a non-hierarchical culture, openness to new ideas, and continuous improvement.
  • Proven knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the retail industry.
  • Experience working on B2C digital product development.
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams across tech, design, and business.
  • Experience managing data ingestion, storage, and processing.
  • Experience collaborating with data professionals to design and implement advanced analytics capabilities.
