Description

  • Identify and prioritize high-leverage product opportunities using customer needs, market insights, business capabilities, and strategic direction.
  • Build decision-ready business cases that size opportunities, assess revenue trade-offs, and recommend investments.
  • Lead product differentiation strategy and partner with Sales and Finance on pricing and monetization.
  • Run product discovery with merchants, advertisers, and internal teams to define valuable problems to solve.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on revenue impact, effort, and strategic fit.
  • Define product requirements and work hands-on with Engineering from alpha testing through broad launch.
  • Coordinate launch readiness and timing with Sales and Marketing, and conduct launch retrospectives.
  • Align Engineering, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Content teams around product goals, timelines, and outcomes.
  • Track initiative progress and impact, clearly communicating results to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Represent Flipp + Shopfully with customers, partners, analysts, and at relevant industry events.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, including supply and demand, exchanges, SSPs, DSPs, programmatic bidding, CPM/CPC/CPV pricing, fill rate, and yield.
  • Experience in ad tech, retail media, publishing, or a marketplace environment.
  • Proven ability to build business cases, size opportunities, evaluate revenue trade-offs, and make structured recommendations.
  • Hands-on product management experience in discovery, prioritization, requirements definition, and product delivery with Engineering.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and operate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong stakeholder-management skills across markets and seniority levels.
  • Interest in using AI tools to improve ways of working.
  • A curious, resourceful, and confident approach to making an impact.
  • Retail, CPG, or retail media experience (preferred).
  • Multi-market experience and Italian or German language skills (preferred); flexibility to work some later hours with North American teams.
