Description

  • Support and execute weekly training plans across facilities and shifts.
  • Coordinate new-hire orientations, training events, and stakeholder-facing training activities.
  • Support local continuous improvement and engagement initiatives focused on safety, quality, productivity, and retention.
  • Coordinate the training ambassador identification and certification program.
  • Support and validate new-hire onboarding processes and ambassador training methods.
  • Lead and validate the Powered Industrial-Equipment (PIT) training program and associated trainer standard work.
  • Manage the Asana-based ticketing system for training requests and ensure timely action on tickets.
  • Develop, track, and monitor the effectiveness of training programs, including orientation and standard work adherence.
  • Support the Associate Experience Week program for new salaried leaders.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and other teams to improve training processes and materials.

Requirements

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Previous experience in operations, preferably in an e-commerce fulfillment or distribution center setting.
  • Comfort with operations processes and workflow.
  • Proven ability to observe performance and identify performance gaps.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with operations leaders to translate process requirements into training materials and procedures.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Asana, Slack, and similar productivity or communication tools.
  • Broad hands-on experience in training execution and content creation/utilization (preferred).
  • Track record of strong performance in prior roles and ability to solve problems quickly and productively (preferred).
