Description

  • Lead the strategy, governance, and continuous improvement of the enterprise peer-to-peer education and speaker program.
  • Establish operating models, standardized processes, policies, SOPs, training materials, playbooks, and documentation for scalable program execution.
  • Oversee the full speaker lifecycle, including nomination, vetting, onboarding, contracting, credentialing, training, recertification, and performance management.
  • Partner with commercial and medical stakeholders to build and maintain a high-performing physician speaker faculty.
  • Manage compliance, legal, and financial processes related to FMV assessments, HCP contracting, documentation, audit readiness, honoraria, reimbursements, and payments.
  • Design and improve workflows for program requests, approvals, scheduling, event execution, reimbursement, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary operational partner to field sales and marketing teams and provide guidance on program use and compliance.
  • Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks to measure program activity, utilization, budget performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Deliver business reviews, strategic recommendations, and issue resolution for internal stakeholders and physician speakers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program quality, efficiency, scalability, and stakeholder experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7+ years of experience in speaker bureau management, peer-to-peer education, medical education, HCP engagement, commercial operations, or related functions within diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or medical device organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing healthcare professional speaker programs at scale.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, including FMV and HCP contracting practices.
  • Proven experience developing operational processes, SOPs, governance models, and scalable program infrastructure.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities, and timelines.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive-level reporting.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-management skills with experience working with physician thought leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting multiple therapeutic areas, product lines, or business units is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (SFDC), including program tracking, reporting, workflow management, and analytics, is preferred.
  • Experience building or transforming speaker program operations from externally supported to internally managed models is preferred.
  • Experience with CRM, event management, reimbursement, contracting, or compliance management systems is preferred.
  • PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or other operational excellence certifications are a plus.

  • Remote USA compensation range of $139,200 to $174,000 USD, with a listed compensation range of $153,100 to $191,400 USD.
