Description

  • Close new business with home care and disability providers.
  • Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, and inbound demand.
  • Run discovery calls and product demonstrations with provider owners and operational leaders.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecasting in HubSpot.
  • Lead by example through activity, execution, and consistency.
  • Carry a personal sales quota and contribute directly to revenue growth.
  • Support and help develop the performance of the sales team around you.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of closing high-volume SaaS deals.
  • Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading sales teams.
  • Strong proficiency with HubSpot and modern SaaS tools.
  • Experience selling into home care, disability care, or adjacent sectors preferred.
  • Based in Canada, preferably in the Pacific or Mountain time zone.
  • British Columbia is ideal, with Alberta also considered a strong fit.
  • This is a hands-on closing role, so strong individual selling capability is required.
