Description

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment activities including role scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and candidate coordination.
  • Manage recruitment pipelines and candidate communication using ATS and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
  • Coordinate structured onboarding and offboarding processes using checklists and documented workflows.
  • Maintain HR systems, employment contracts, and accurate people records in HRIS/ATS.
  • Support probation tracking, performance management processes, and new-hire performance agility.
  • Produce operational reporting and support engagement processes to track people metrics and outcomes.
  • Leverage AI and automation to improve recruitment efficiency, documentation, scheduling, and workflow automation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and communicate effectively across time zones and cultures.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Associate, or similar with recruitment and HR operations experience.
  • Comfortable working in an AI-led environment and experienced with AI-enabled HR/recruitment tools.
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and pipeline management using AI-enhanced platforms.
  • Strong HR administration experience including contracts, onboarding, probation tracking, policy creation, HRIS management, and record keeping.
  • Experience with onboarding and performance management for new hires and probation periods.
  • Familiarity with ATS/HRIS tools (examples: Workable, Lever, Breezy, Skillspot AI) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication across time zones and cultures, and strong stakeholder management.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with experience using automation for documentation and scheduling.
  • Able to work as an independent contractor with regular overlap during Asia–Pacific and European working hours and flexibility during peak hiring periods.
  • Nice-to-have: experience in remote-first global environments, running engagement or policy programs, and supporting rapid scaling or high-volume hiring cycles.
