Description

  • Prospect high-value brand leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Craft personalized outreach messages that generate opens, replies, and meeting bookings.
  • Book meetings with qualified leads who are ready to talk business, not tire-kickers.
  • Manage the entire outreach pipeline in ClickUp and maintain performance tracking in Google Sheets.
  • Identify and secure podcast opportunities for the CEO.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize messaging, cadence, and targeting until conversion improves.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics (open rates, reply rates, meeting rates) and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Execute timely follow-ups and prioritize prospects appropriately to maximize conversion.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of booking meetings that turn into deals (metrics/examples requested).
  • Ability to write human, highly personalized outreach messages (3 examples requested that booked meetings).
  • Strong understanding of busy executives’ psychology and how to earn attention quickly.
  • Data-driven mindset with obsession over open rates, reply rates, and meeting rates.
  • Deep prospect research skills to find the angle that matters to each target.
  • Comfortable moving fast without sacrificing quality and knowing when to follow up or move on.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ClickUp, and Google Sheets.
  • Application requirements: 3 outreach examples that booked meetings, your response/meeting/close rate stats, and one paragraph on why you’re different (skip the resume).
