Description

  • Translate quarterly initiatives into detailed technical requirements and execution plans.
  • Partner with engineering, data, and design to build, test, and launch features.
  • Own product documentation, user stories, and release management end to end.
  • Use SQL and data analysis to define KPIs, validate hypotheses, and monitor product performance.
  • Run A/B tests and experiments to measure outcomes and drive learning loops.
  • Align engineering, operations, and other stakeholders through clear communication and prioritization.
  • Anticipate technical risks, edge cases, and dependencies and manage them proactively.
  • Collaborate with data and AI teams to incorporate intelligence and automation into product workflows.
  • Operate with urgency and ownership in a fast-changing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or another technical discipline.
  • 6–10 years of product experience, ideally in fintech, e-commerce, rewards platforms, payments, or AI-enabled products.
  • Deep technical understanding of APIs, integrations, architecture, and data flows.
  • Strong SQL skills and the ability to query and interpret data independently.
  • Proven experience building and shipping complex products from concept to iteration.
  • Experience working in agile, fast-moving environments with engineering-heavy collaboration.
  • Hands-on familiarity with AI tools, data models, or generative AI applications.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and making sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
  • Understanding of App Store and Google Play submission guidelines, review timelines, and rejection handling.
  • Knowledge of mobile release cycles, including staged rollouts, forced updates, and backward compatibility.
  • Experience managing subscription lifecycle details such as grace periods and renewal logic.
  • Baseline understanding of entitlement management and how backend access is granted or revoked based on subscription status.
  • Experience in regulated credit, lending, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards platforms, or card products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with modern AI infrastructure such as LLMs, MCPs, or model ops (preferred).
  • Background in two-sided marketplaces or payments orchestration (preferred).
  • Experience with expansion revenue strategies such as upselling and cross-selling (preferred).
  • Experience designing win-back strategies for former subscribers (preferred).
