Description

  • Own roadmap execution for core capabilities across the Data Platform & Insights products and the Forms initiative.
  • Partner with engineering to define scalable platform functionality, APIs, integrations, and data workflows.
  • Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders to understand reporting, analytics, and operational workflow needs.
  • Develop configurable forms and workflow experiences that improve data collection and operational efficiency.
  • Prioritize and refine product requirements and backlog items based on customer feedback, technical constraints, and business priorities.
  • Work with go-to-market, sales, and services teams to support launches, customer adoption, and implementation planning.
  • Define product requirements for AI-enabled insights, automation, and workflow enhancements.
  • Balance delivery of new platform capabilities with operational work that improves reliability, usability, and scalability.
  • Drive product development from concept through launch and iteration.
  • Translate complex customer and technical needs into clear product direction and execution plans.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience building and shipping technical software products, ideally in enterprise SaaS or platform-focused environments.
  • Proven ability to own and deliver technical product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams on platform, infrastructure, APIs, integrations, or data-intensive products.
  • Strong understanding of data platforms, analytics products, workflow systems, or configurable enterprise software.
  • Ability to translate complex customer and technical requirements into prioritized execution plans.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with design, engineering, sales, services, and go-to-market teams.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Interest in applying AI and automation to operational workflows and customer experiences.
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to make thoughtful, customer-driven decisions.
  • Foundation in computer science and/or engineering through education or professional experience.
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the country where the role is hired; no visa sponsorship available.
  • Must be able to work remotely from Canada, the UK, or an approved U.S. state.
