Description

Build and maintain features across the marketing technology platform and mobile applications.
Develop and extend integrations with marketing and analytics platforms.
Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that support campaign targeting, user segmentation, and messaging delivery.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering solutions.
Participate in design and architecture discussions for new platform features.
Contribute to code reviews and work hands-on in the codebase.
Mentor engineers who are earlier in their careers.
Help the team continuously build, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
Assist with project planning, estimation, and delivery.
Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Requirements

3-7 years of experience in a mid-level development role.
Bachelor's degree in computer science is required.
Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
Familiarity with modern frontend development, with React experience preferred.
Ability to solve problems using backend-focused languages such as Go or another compiled statically typed language.
Intermediate understanding of relational databases such as MySQL.
Experience or exposure to marketing technology platforms such as Braze, AppsFlyer, or Contentful is preferred.
Familiarity with React Native, native iOS/Android development, or mobile SDK integration is preferred.
Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is preferred.
Knowledge of automated testing for unit, integration, and end-to-end tests is preferred.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, event-driven architectures, message queues, or workflow orchestration tools is preferred.
Comfort working across the full stack, including backend services, data pipelines, frontend UI, and mobile surfaces is preferred.
