Description

  • Build and maintain features across the marketing technology platform and mobile applications.
  • Develop and extend integrations with marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data pipelines that support campaign targeting, user segmentation, and messaging delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering solutions.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions for new platform features.
  • Contribute to code reviews and work hands-on in the codebase.
  • Mentor engineers who are earlier in their careers.
  • Help the team continuously build, test, and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Assist with project planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and improve code quality.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience in a mid-level development role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science is required.
  • Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend development, with React experience preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems using backend-focused languages such as Go or another compiled statically typed language.
  • Intermediate understanding of relational databases such as MySQL.
  • Experience or exposure to marketing technology platforms such as Braze, AppsFlyer, or Contentful is preferred.
  • Familiarity with React Native, native iOS/Android development, or mobile SDK integration is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor is preferred.
  • Knowledge of automated testing for unit, integration, and end-to-end tests is preferred.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, event-driven architectures, message queues, or workflow orchestration tools is preferred.
  • Comfort working across the full stack, including backend services, data pipelines, frontend UI, and mobile surfaces is preferred.
