Description

  • Build and maintain features across the marketing technology platform and mobile applications.
  • Develop and extend integrations with marketing and analytics platforms.
  • Contribute to backend services, APIs, and data pipelines for campaign targeting, segmentation, and messaging delivery.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Analytics stakeholders to turn business requirements into engineering solutions.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions for new platform features.
  • Contribute to code reviews and hands-on development within the codebase.
  • Mentor engineers who are earlier in their careers.
  • Help the team continuously build and deploy scalable solutions.
  • Assist with project planning, estimation, and delivery.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools to improve delivery speed and code quality.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience for this mid-level development role.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science (required).
  • Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend development, with React experience preferred.
  • Ability to solve problems with backend-focused languages like Go or a similar compiled, statically typed language.
  • Intermediate understanding of relational databases like MySQL.
  • Experience or exposure to marketing technology platforms such as Braze, AppsFlyer, Contentful, or similar tools (preferred).
  • Familiarity with React Native, native iOS/Android development, or mobile SDK integration (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor (preferred).
  • Knowledge of automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (preferred).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, software development methodology, and release processes (preferred).
  • Experience with event-driven architectures, message queues, or workflow orchestration tools (preferred).
  • Comfort working across the full stack from backend services and data pipelines to frontend UI and mobile surfaces (preferred).

Benefits

  • Salary range of $2,800 - $6,000 USD per month (gross).
