Description

  • Build and maintain new product features in a cross-platform TypeScript React Native mobile app.
  • Collaborate with feature owners across teams to understand product areas and propose improvements.
  • Participate in design and architecture discussions for new features and platform changes.
  • Contribute hands-on to the codebase and participate in code reviews.
  • Write clean, scalable, robust, and testable code.
  • Support larger product releases by working with engineers from multiple teams.
  • Assist with project planning, estimation, and completion alongside stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn new areas of the product and expand scope over time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science preferred, or equivalent related experience.
  • Experience solving technical problems as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with modern frontend development using JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • React Native or React web experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience developing and shipping a mobile application to the App Store or Google Play Store preferred.
  • Knowledge of automated testing practices, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  • Familiarity with React Native app design principles and RESTful APIs.
  • Close familiarity with software engineering tools, development methodologies, and release processes.
  • Experience with a full-stack engineering environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing team environment.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $2,200 to $9,500 per month gross in USD, depending on level.
  • Level-based monthly salary bands for Junior, Mid, and Senior roles.
