Description

  • Drive new mobile feature delivery end-to-end from implementation through launch and continuous iteration.
  • Write and maintain unit tests for mobile applications.
  • Help manage deployments and set up CI/CD pipelines for mobile releases.
  • Collaborate with product managers and partners in an agile environment to turn business requirements into development work.
  • Write performant, scalable, and testable code using modern development tools and practices.
  • Participate in code reviews to maintain clean code and sound architecture.
  • Take part in engineering design sessions and contribute evidence-based technical input.
  • Balance speed and quality while focusing on tangible results.
  • Participate in the interview process to help raise the technical bar and recruit new talent.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional software development experience building complex software systems delivered to customers.
  • Hands-on, production experience with React Native and Flutter.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Dart.
  • Experience with cross-platform mobile architecture, state management, navigation, and responsive UI design.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and/or GraphQL.
  • Experience with mobile CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Familiarity with App Store and Google Play release processes.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS.
  • Experience using Git-based workflows and version control best practices.
  • English proficiency at B2 level, written and spoken, for active communication with native speakers.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments with rapid iteration cycles.
  • Proven track record of owning feature development from requirements to delivery with realistic timelines.
  • Experience working in Scrum and Agile teams.
  • Ability to write and maintain technical and supporting documentation.
