Description

  • Support end-to-end execution of consumer giveaway campaigns from planning through launch.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team members to move campaigns from idea to live in market.
  • Set campaign goals using historical data and assist with campaign planning.
  • Analyze post-campaign results and prepare summaries, learnings, and recommendations for the marketing team.
  • Monitor campaign performance using dashboards and reporting templates, tracking key metrics such as DAU, NTM, LTV, CAC, and open/click-through/conversion rates.
  • Analyze communication, creative, and channel performance in a CRM tool such as Braze to support optimization.
  • Compare performance across time periods, such as pre/post campaign and week-over-week, and flag meaningful changes.
  • Track campaign and merchant performance across channels and identify optimization opportunities to improve DAU and app conversion.
  • Partner with the Merchant team to identify opportunities to drive app installs directly from merchants.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to compare Sezzle’s programs against industry standards.

Requirements

  • Background in marketing, analytics, or a related field.
  • Previous internships or academic projects involving campaign management and marketing analytics.
  • Experience leveraging data to tell a story and support decisions.
  • Foundational experience with redash, SIA, or similar business intelligence tools.
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Braze and Confluence.
  • Enthusiasm for using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate research, drafting, summarization, and first-pass analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Comfort working in agile, matrixed teams with multiple inputs and quick turnarounds.
