Description

  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate while protecting company interests.
  • Build long-term client relationships and maintain high satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify account expansion, team growth, and upselling opportunities.
  • Manage rate reviews, commercial terms, contract milestones, and related stakeholder alignment.
  • Lead client-project onboarding and offboarding, including introductions, kickoff meetings, communication protocols, and processes.
  • Monitor team performance, probation outcomes, feedback cycles, engagement, and emerging risks.
  • Manage client time-off approvals according to company procedures.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment and Sales on hiring requests, candidate reviews, interviews, and selections.
  • Monitor project health and team dynamics to identify communication bottlenecks or dissatisfaction.
  • Resolve critical issues, probation challenges, and client concerns to retain key accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Project Coordinator, or Client Operations Lead in an IT service or product environment.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities.
  • Experience managing client onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Structured problem-solving experience in resolving operational and client issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify upselling opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
  • Experience with project documentation, time tracking, basic financial reporting, and contract workflows.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Systemic thinking and strong stress resistance in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Experience working with clients or teams in the Israeli market is preferred.
