Description

  • Audit existing marketing workflows across content, social, PR, growth, and design, and redesign them using AI tooling.
  • Build and maintain AI-powered content and campaign pipelines for internal teams and client accounts.
  • Develop and own the firm-wide prompt library, AI SOPs, and workflow playbooks.
  • Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain AI tools for marketing and GTM as the landscape evolves.
  • Partner with client teams to diagnose GTM bottlenecks and design AI-assisted solutions.
  • Build no-code and low-code automations that connect AI tools into existing martech stacks such as HubSpot, Notion, Slack, and social platforms.
  • Train and upskill marketing teams across the firm on AI tools and workflows.
  • Define, track, and report on metrics that demonstrate AI workflow impact, including time saved, output volume, quality, and client adoption.

Requirements

  • Expert-level prompt engineering across major LLMs, including Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools for image generation, video, and audio in a real marketing context.
  • Experience with no-code/low-code workflow automation tools such as Make, Zapier, or n8n.
  • Comfort working with APIs, webhooks, and JSON to connect tools when native integrations are unavailable.
  • Familiarity with AI-native martech tools such as HubSpot AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, Notion AI, and Sprout Social.
  • Experience creating prompt templates, internal AI playbooks, and training materials that are actively used.
  • Ability to use AI tools to synthesize research, competitive intelligence, and market data quickly.
  • Comfort measuring AI-assisted campaign performance and running A/B tests on AI-generated content.
  • Ability to translate workflow and campaign data into clear strategic recommendations.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, HubSpot analytics, and basic SQL is a plus.
  • Strong critical thinking about AI outputs, including knowing when to trust or override the model.
  • Familiarity with the web3 GTM landscape, including protocols, DAOs, and crypto project growth.
  • Working knowledge of how AI and blockchain intersect, including AI agents, on-chain AI applications, and decentralized compute.
  • Awareness of on-chain analytics tools such as Dune, Nansen, Arkham, and Flipside.
  • Prior experience in crypto or web3 marketing environments is a strong plus.
