Description

  • Process required documentation for new agent onboarding, including license activations, renewals, and offboarding with brokers and regional management.
  • Maintain accurate and compliant agent roster information.
  • Update and maintain policy manuals, labor documents, and other agent-related records.
  • Issue offers and other compliance documents as requested by authorized parties.
  • Organize billing payments, compliance needs, and membership status for multiple MLSs and boards.
  • Track and resolve compliance matters related to listings across required systems.
  • Report key metrics and data points to the executive team.
  • Support day-to-day operational needs and assist with additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience.
  • Proven work experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Proficiency with project management software such as ClickUp or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
  • Familiarity with the real estate business and financial principles.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and diligence.
  • Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
  • Management of personnel resources and other operational coordination skills.
