Description

  • Conduct regular reviews of participant case files to assess accuracy, completeness, and compliance with federal, state, local, and corporate policies.
  • Monitor data entered into state systems and participant management systems for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify deficiencies and trends, document findings, and recommend corrective action.
  • Support local QA staff in resolving file and data issues to prevent eligibility problems or disallowed costs.
  • Lead bi-weekly check-in calls with Program Directors, Regional Directors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update multiple spreadsheets and reporting tools on a daily basis.
  • Monitor QA reports and dashboards and notify the Quality Assurance Manager of discrepancies.
  • Assist with preparation for and response to program monitoring and audits.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of policies, procedures, and quality management practices.
  • Partner with the Training Coordinator to address recurring issues and deliver targeted training to local QA staff.
  • Review invoices, payment requisitions, and ACH requests for accuracy, authorization, and complete documentation.
  • Process weekly billing and prepare payment spreadsheets for management approval and payment.
  • Resolve missing information, duplicate entries, and mathematical discrepancies by collaborating with internal teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy when handling participant information.
  • Perform other duties and projects as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent workforce experience.
  • Experience in WIOA, TANF, and/or SNAP in quality assurance, monitoring, compliance, case management, and/or eligibility is required.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational, analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Google Drive.
  • Ability to learn specialized databases and software systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
  • Must be able to work during the business hours for the assigned contracts regardless of physical location.
  • Quality assurance or program monitoring experience is preferred.
  • Experience working with contract requirements, TEGL updates, or public workforce programs is preferred.

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Full-time, non-exempt employment status.
  • Salary range of $60,000 to $70,000.
