Description

  • Lead end-to-end SenseOn platform deployments and complex log ingestion rollouts without disrupting customers.
  • Conduct architectural reviews to define deployment strategies and identify integration opportunities.
  • Own the post-sale technical relationship through steady-state operations and measurable security outcomes.
  • Build cloud and third-party security integrations across SIEMs, identity platforms, and AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
  • Write, tune, and maintain high-fidelity SIEM detection rules and detection logic.
  • Debug customer environments, resolve deployment blockers, and proactively health-check customer setups.
  • Develop customer business cases for renewals and expansions using telemetry and incident response data.
  • Support Proof of Value engagements with technical demonstrations, architecture proposals, and solution designs.
  • Work closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Product, Security Operations, and other internal teams.
  • Provide field feedback, bug reports, feature requests, and detection improvements to product teams, including UAT support.

Requirements

  • Experience delivering customer-facing technical work across deployment, integration, or technical success functions.
  • Ability to use AI tooling such as Claude, Cursor, or similar to ship production-quality work with sound judgment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build real projects or solve technical problems quickly, including in lab or homelab environments.
  • Engineering judgement to review code, including LLM-generated code, for production readiness, edge cases, and maintainability.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers without jargon.
  • Hands-on experience or familiarity with SIEM deployment, log ingestion, or detection engineering.
  • Ability to work confidently with backend languages, with Python preferred and Go, JavaScript, and Bash valued.
  • Experience using RESTful APIs, webhooks, and data pipeline patterns.
  • Understanding of threat intelligence, attacker behaviour, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Availability for international travel if required.
