Description

  • Craft and execute integrated Paid Media strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic, and other paid channels to drive client growth.
  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations and strategy execution, including setup, optimization, and ongoing performance monitoring.
  • Support the full campaign lifecycle from keyword research and audience targeting to creative recommendations and performance analysis.
  • Leverage paid and organic data (SEO, Analytics, Social) to identify opportunities and inform integrated recommendations.
  • Serve as a consultant and primary client-facing lead—develop deep understanding of client goals and build strong relationships grounded in humility and transparency.
  • Prepare and lead client presentations that demonstrate campaign impact on business goals and justify recommendations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and bring in additional resources (e.g., Data Analysts) as needed to elevate insights and recommendations.
  • Champion data-driven and machine learning/AI-informed approaches to improve campaign performance and uncover scalable opportunities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Paid Campaigns across multiple platforms with a track record in both ecommerce and lead generation.
  • Contractor mindset with experience in project-based and ad-hoc engagements.
  • Must be based in the U.S. and able to work continental U.S. hours.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Suite, and data visualization tools.
  • Experience leveraging cross-channel data (SEO, Social, Analytics) to inform paid strategies.
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in Search and Paid Media and eagerness to apply these innovations.
  • Strong client-facing consulting skills, including preparing and delivering presentations and data-driven recommendations.
  • Self-starter who can quickly jump into new projects and deliver measurable results.

  • $40–$60 per hour (final rate determined by skills and experience) with potential flexibility.
