Description

  • Create scalable reporting solutions that reduce manual effort and improve analytics efficiency.
  • Develop automations, workflows, prompts, agents, and AI-assisted processes for research, analysis, reporting, and communication.
  • Continuously improve dashboards, reports, measurement frameworks, tools, and analytics processes.
  • Use AI daily to accelerate analysis, visualization, and client work.
  • Take ownership of projects and move work forward with limited direction.
  • Break ambiguous problems into actionable next steps and learn new tools and methodologies independently.
  • Partner with strategists, marketers, analysts, engineers, and clients to solve business challenges.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Contribute ideas that improve client outcomes and strengthen the analytics practice.
  • Help shape how AI is integrated into Seer’s future analytics work.

Requirements

  • Experience with data, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence platforms such as GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, BigQuery, or SQL.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations for different stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights in written and verbal formats.
  • Experience incorporating AI tools into research, analysis, reporting, and workflow development as part of daily work.
  • Strong analytical curiosity and ability to learn quickly without formal training.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities independently and building processes from scratch.
  • Preferred experience with Python, R, or data transformation workflows.
  • Preferred experience with marketing analytics, experimentation, attribution, or customer journey analysis.
  • Preferred experience building automations, AI workflows, agents, or internal tools.
  • Preferred experience in a consulting, agency, or client-facing environment.
  • Must be based in the US and able to work continental US-based hours.

Benefits

  • Total compensation of $65,000-$70,000.
  • Compensation reviewed at least once per year.
  • Remote-first work environment, with the option to work from the Philadelphia HQ office.
