Description

  • Lead workflow discovery for strategic product initiatives, beginning with batch analytics, to understand how work moves across roles, systems, and time horizons.
  • Conduct and synthesize contextual research with customers and internal partners to identify handoffs, bottlenecks, workarounds, and unmet needs.
  • Translate research insights into journey maps, service blueprints, future-state flows, and other artifacts that inform product and design decisions.
  • Design end-to-end user experiences, including interaction design, prototyping, and high-fidelity workflows ready for implementation.
  • Validate full workflows across feature boundaries and real customer use cases, not just individual interactions.
  • Partner with UX Research and other designers to plan studies, share findings, and improve workflow-centered design practices.
  • Contribute to design critiques, Design System evolution, and team methods by sharing patterns and learnings.
  • Help shape AI-enabled experiences within supported workflows, with attention to trust, clarity, and role handoffs.
  • Serve as a design partner and subject-matter contributor within the product area, influencing decisions through collaboration and expertise.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of UX experience designing and shipping B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience working on complex, multi-step, or multi-role workflows in technical, data-heavy, or operationally complex domains.
  • Strong end-to-end UX craft across discovery, synthesis, interaction design, prototyping, and shipped product delivery.
  • Experience using service design or workflow-systems methods such as journey maps, service blueprints, ecosystem maps, or longitudinal workflow research.
  • Strong qualitative research skills, including contextual inquiry and the ability to learn from technical end users.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both problem framing and shipped product outcomes.
  • Experience designing AI-enabled or agent-assisted experiences, especially where trust, explainability, or handoffs matter.
  • Expert proficiency with modern UX tools such as Figma.
  • Strong written and visual communication skills for explaining tradeoffs to Product, Engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX design, HCI, service design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Comfort with technical products, data-rich interfaces, and learning complex domains quickly.
  • Work authorization in the country of residence; the company does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B visas.
