Description

  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Partner with account executives to uncover customer business needs and map Seeq’s capabilities to those goals.
  • Provide technical guidance throughout discovery, solution design, and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Consulting team to create and improve demo assets, reusable content, and best practices.
  • Share customer feedback with product management and engineering to influence product evolution.
  • Stay current on industry trends, customer use cases, and competitors to position Seeq effectively.
  • Document solutions, success stories, and lessons learned to support internal knowledge sharing.
  • Help develop industry-specific value propositions and solution accelerators using Seeq.
  • Represent Seeq at events, webinars, and conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally in a SaaS or industrial software company.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as engineering, computer science, or data science.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a power industry technical role or selling B2B in the power industry (DISCO, TRANSCO, GENCO, or similar).
  • Experience in process manufacturing industries is preferred, though candidates from adjacent domains are also considered.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics, business intelligence, industrial operations, and/or process data.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to executives, directors, engineers, operators, and other varied audiences.
  • Experience conducting software demos and technical consultations with prospective customers.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel 10% to 25% for partner meetings, customer meetings, team events, or conferences.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B visas.
