Description

  • Own the strategy and roadmap for customer-facing platform capabilities.
  • Define outcome-based priorities and make tradeoffs aligned with business objectives.
  • Communicate the rationale behind roadmap decisions to internal stakeholders.
  • Champion enterprise readiness across configuration, maintenance, and guardrail design.
  • Identify and prioritize governance, compliance, and tenant administration capabilities for large enterprise customers.
  • Engage directly with CIOs, CISOs, IT leaders, and tenant administrators to understand enterprise requirements.
  • Partner with field teams to validate platform capabilities and represent Seeq’s enterprise direction.
  • Work with design and engineering to deliver secure, scalable, and operationally sound platform capabilities.
  • Champion reliability, performance, and the administrative experience for enterprise users.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product management.
  • Experience delivering platform, infrastructure, or data products for enterprise teams and administrators.
  • Experience with enterprise platform concerns such as multi-tenancy, user and role management, data connectors and integrations, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure) is highly valued.
  • Experience building and communicating outcome-based roadmaps with a clear explanation of the business impact.
  • Fluency in using data to drive decisions, including defining metrics, running experiments, analyzing usage, and course correcting based on evidence.
  • Practical AI literacy, including experience designing AI-powered product experiences and using AI in PM workflows.
  • Track record of succeeding in ambiguous, fast-evolving environments such as startups, scale-ups, or zero-to-one product areas.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to connect customer needs, market dynamics, and business goals into an investment point of view.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for aligning engineers, executives, and customers.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience in process manufacturing, industrial software, or data analytics is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits, conferences, and team events.
