Description

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers through solution design, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship.
Build relationships with customer champions and end users to uncover high-value use cases and business workflow opportunities.
Collaborate with customer and account teams to create and execute adoption plans for Seeq and key use cases.
Advise customers on implementing and operationalizing use cases to deliver measurable return on investment.
Upskill Seeq’s partner ecosystem to extend global and localized customer support.
Act as a product expert by implementing and troubleshooting solutions, including integrations with other systems.
Identify product capability gaps and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap.
Work with the product team to design, implement, and test new functionalities that address customer needs.
Apply industry-specific knowledge to build customer trust and understand market and use case trends.
Collaborate with internal teams such as industry principals, product marketing, and solution consulting on industry strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; operations research, data analytics, or applied math also considered.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, technical pre-sales engineering, or a related industry field.
Deep technical expertise in one or more industrial process manufacturing verticals and understanding of market drivers and business priorities.
Experience working with dense time-series process data and industrial problem-solving challenges.
Strong ability to build trust and rapport with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams.
Effective technical communication skills with the ability to translate customer-stated and implied needs.
Ability to communicate with subject matter experts, managers, directors, and C-level audiences.
Creative ability to develop technical solutions using current software capabilities and the broader technology landscape.
Programming experience in Python or other languages is a plus.
Prior experience using Seeq is highly preferred.
Broad knowledge of the SaaS industrial analytics ecosystem is a plus, including tools such as Azure, AWS, Databricks, AVEVA, AspenTech, IOTA, Cognite, C3.ai, and Palantir.
Ability to independently prioritize work based on account strategy, customer needs, and company objectives.
Must be authorized to work in the country of residence; Seeq does not sponsor US F1 or H-1B visas.
