Description

  • Provide technical assistance for computer systems, software, and hardware issues.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including servers and networks.
  • Diagnose, resolve, and escalate hardware and software problems as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for IT assets, configurations, and procedures.
  • Support security compliance tasks such as antivirus updates, patch management, and access control.
  • Assist with deployment and management of software applications, updates, and licenses across the organization.
  • Participate in backup and disaster recovery processes to protect data integrity and availability.
  • Monitor system performance and capacity, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and procure IT equipment or services.
  • Work as part of the helpdesk team, answer calls professionally, and handle both external and internal support requests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite.
  • Basic networking knowledge, hardware troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Romanian and English.
  • Ability to explain technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and system configurations.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changes in the IT environment.
  • Dedication to excellent customer service in a customer-facing role with professionalism, patience, and a solution-focused approach.
