Description

  • Own product design end-to-end from discovery and wireframes through high-fidelity UI and production-ready handoff.
  • Contribute to, maintain, and strengthen the design system and component library.
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering to turn ambiguous briefs into clear design solutions.
  • Run usability tests and incorporate user research, product analytics, and behavioral insights into design iterations.
  • Design with accessibility as a default standard, including WCAG 2.2 compliance.
  • Use AI-assisted design tools to accelerate design cycles while maintaining quality.
  • Audit existing Figma files and design system components to identify consistency gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Document reusable patterns so design becomes a shared team asset.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of product design experience in a software or platform environment.
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of complex features.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
  • Strong fluency in Figma and modern design tooling, including AI-assisted workflows.
  • Hands-on experience integrating usability testing and product analytics into the design process.
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2.
  • Ability to work autonomously and turn vague problems into shipped solutions without heavy oversight.
  • Experience with tools such as Fullstory and Pendo is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Figma AI, Claude, and emerging design tools is preferred.
