Description

  • Own full-lifecycle recruiting for niche, emerging, confidential, senior, and executive technical and product searches.
  • Develop sourcing strategies through market mapping, competitive research, talent intelligence, and targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Advise leaders on role scope, leveling, interview design, compensation, offer strategy, and hiring plans.
  • Lead intake and calibration sessions to establish hiring standards and reset expectations using market evidence.
  • Analyze funnel, pipeline, and time-to-fill data to diagnose challenges and adjust search strategy.
  • Independently make decisions on recruiting strategy, process, and stakeholder engagement while escalating broader headcount decisions.
  • Test and implement AI across sourcing, screening, outreach, and scheduling while preserving human judgment.
  • Create recruiting playbooks, market intelligence, and best practices for the broader team.
  • Mentor recruiters and sourcers on sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate closing.
  • Set standards for collaboration, adaptability, execution, and candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience, including senior and staff-level individual contributor hiring at a fast-growing technology company.
  • Experience recruiting across engineering, data and machine learning, product, and design.
  • Track record of defining recruiting approaches for roles, hiring bars, or markets that were previously undefined.
  • Strong strategic sourcing skills, including market mapping, talent intelligence, and outbound recruiting without relying on inbound applicants or agencies.
  • Experience using recruiting data and tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ModernLoop or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build reporting views and use metrics to make and defend recruiting decisions.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI to recruiting workflows and ability to assess its impact.
  • Strong mentoring, collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and team leadership skills.

  • Salary range of $119,000–$172,000 USD, plus equity eligibility and a discretionary annual bonus.
