Description

  • Serve as a strategic partner to sports and entertainment clients, aligning SeatGeek’s technology with their business goals.
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve product adoption, commercial performance, and fan experience.
  • Lead internal and external business reviews and deliver insights that support renewals and client success.
  • Build strong client relationships and generate advocacy through case studies, referrals, and industry exposure.
  • Manage day-to-day client communication, resolve issues, and maintain trust across a portfolio of accounts, including complex ones.
  • Travel to client events and locations as needed, up to 25%-30% of the time.
  • Analyze product usage, sales, and financial data using tools such as Looker, Excel, Google Suite, and internal reporting tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional internal projects and influence roadmaps to support client and team needs.
  • Contribute to forecasting, onboarding, and the scaling of client success operations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success, account management, consulting, or partnerships.
  • Experience in a SaaS, tech, or entertainment environment; experience in sports or ticketing is a plus.
  • A proven track record of improving client outcomes and business performance, not just maintaining relationships.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and financial drivers, including how to impact the P&L.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complexity for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Confidence working with data and reporting tools such as Looker and Google Suite.
  • Ability to solve problems proactively, navigate ambiguity, and adapt quickly.
  • A collaborative, one-team mindset with comfort working cross-functionally.
  • Willingness to travel regularly to client locations and events, approximately 25%-30%.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
