Description

  • Own end-to-end performance for Google Ads across Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube, as well as Microsoft Ads.
  • Define and execute the paid search acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and profitability targets.
  • Design and maintain structured campaign architecture, conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy.
  • Scale monthly budgets from high five-figure to high six-figure ranges while maintaining or improving efficiency.
  • Develop a documented roadmap for scaling and testing with clear milestones and success criteria.
  • Design and implement automation systems, including scripts, rules, and monitoring workflows, to reduce manual optimization.
  • Build scalable processes for bid management, budget allocation, and performance monitoring.
  • Own performance reporting tied to business outcomes using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Analyze value signals, cohort health, and attribution nuances to keep channel performance predictable and explainable.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of User Acquisition and communicate performance drivers, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience, with a strong focus on Search and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Proven experience scaling paid search budgets into the high six-figure range while maintaining or improving efficiency.
  • Experience in performance-driven verticals such as gaming, fintech, utilities, or health, preferably gaming web.
  • Strong understanding of value-based bidding and revenue optimization, including conversion windows, value weighting, and signal strategy.
  • Track record of designing and implementing automation using scripts, rules, monitoring systems, and workflows.
  • Strong analytical fluency with GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude, Looker or Looker Studio, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads.
  • Comfortable making decisions with imperfect attribution and delayed revenue signals.
  • Ability to clearly explain performance drivers and scaling mechanics to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ownership-driven, analytical, structured, systems-oriented mindset focused on long-term profitability.
  • Fluency in English at B2+ level.
  • Experience with Microsoft Ads at scale, beyond basic campaign mirroring, is a plus.
  • Experience in mobile apps, rewards, or marketplace products is a plus.
  • Familiarity with internal BI dashboards and reporting infrastructure is a plus.
