Description

  • Set up the technical aspects of advertiser campaigns and ensure correct campaign tracking.
  • Analyze and manage data sets to optimize rewarded campaigns toward KPI targets.
  • Continuously optimize campaign performance to achieve higher milestones and increase non-gaming revenue share.
  • Act as the main B2B contact for advertisers, handling day-to-day communication and regular calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure campaign success and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Onboard new advertisers and guide them through campaign launch and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with the team in brainstorming sessions and take on assignments to deepen product and user behavior understanding.
  • Monitor the competitive landscape and recommend strategies to increase revenue.
  • Provide regular project updates and proactively address challenges as they arise.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Affiliate Management, or similar roles.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Solid analytical skills and comfort working with numbers and data.
  • Understanding of mobile attribution and campaign tracking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive for continuous learning.
  • Proactive, autonomous work style with strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High proficiency in English (C1 or native).
  • Nice to have: familiarity with MMPs like AppsFlyer and Adjust.
  • Nice to have: knowledge of CPA, CPI, and CPE campaign models.
  • Nice to have: experience in the rewarded-advertising space.
