Description

  • Design, deliver, and continuously improve onboarding and skills-training programs for customer-facing teams.
  • Facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training tailored to audience needs, performance gaps, and business priorities.
  • Create and maintain curricula, facilitator guides, job aids, assessments, and enablement resources covering Scorpion tools and digital marketing channels.
  • Assess learning and performance needs with Customer Success leaders and subject-matter experts, recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Manage assigned LMS or enablement-platform learning paths, including scheduling, enrollment, completion tracking, and assessments.
  • Analyze learner feedback, assessment results, quality scores, completion data, and performance indicators to improve training effectiveness.
  • Maintain a scalable enablement content library and ensure resources reflect evolving tools, products, processes, and client expectations.
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders on enablement initiatives, new-tool readiness, adoption, and process changes.
  • Serve as a subject-matter resource for Customer Success onboarding, technology, client-service standards, and account management.
  • Mentor facilitators, trainers, and subject-matter experts without direct people-management responsibility.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Training, Account Management, Customer Success, Learning & Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in digital marketing, SaaS, or client-service environments preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Working knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE.
  • Experience using feedback, assessments, performance metrics, or other data to evaluate and improve training.
  • Proficiency with LMS or enablement platforms, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office 365; CRM or Customer Success tools preferred.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, social, content marketing, customer success, account management, and client-service workflows.
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, written communication, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into clear learning experiences and adapt delivery for varied audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and influence cross-functional partners without direct authority.

  • Base salary range of $80,000–$90,000, depending on location, skills, education, and experience.
