Description

Analyze performance data across a large and diverse client portfolio to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Own and evolve portfolio-level performance reporting, including dashboards and scorecards.
Build and maintain benchmarking frameworks to compare performance across key verticals.
Define and standardize KPIs to ensure consistency across teams.
Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and product capabilities to identify what drives the strongest outcomes.
Conduct post-launch analyses for product and strategy updates that impact performance.
Support measurement for emerging AI-driven search areas, including AI-assisted search visibility, entity coverage, and local signals.
Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve data quality and expand access to meaningful signals.
Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactively surface insights and opportunities that influence product direction and business strategy.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; STEM degree is a plus.
4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, product development, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data mining to inform product decisions.
Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
SEO fundamentals, including technical, on-page, off-page, and local search knowledge; familiarity with AI search is a plus.
Experience building dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders.
Experience in agency, SaaS, or SMB-focused environments is a plus.
Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or similar.
Experience with Python or automation tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.

Base salary range of $100,000 to $110,000, depending on experience, location, education, and skills.
