Description

  • Analyze performance data across a large and diverse client portfolio to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Own and evolve portfolio-level performance reporting, including dashboards and scorecards.
  • Build and maintain benchmarking frameworks to compare performance across key verticals.
  • Define and standardize KPIs to ensure consistency across teams.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and product capabilities to identify what drives the strongest outcomes.
  • Conduct post-launch analyses for product and strategy updates that impact performance.
  • Support measurement for emerging AI-driven search areas, including AI-assisted search visibility, entity coverage, and local signals.
  • Partner with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to improve data quality and expand access to meaningful signals.
  • Translate complex data into clear narratives and recommendations for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proactively surface insights and opportunities that influence product direction and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field; STEM degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, digital marketing, product development, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on data mining to inform product decisions.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights.
  • SEO fundamentals, including technical, on-page, off-page, and local search knowledge; familiarity with AI search is a plus.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports for a range of stakeholders.
  • Experience in agency, SaaS, or SMB-focused environments is a plus.
  • Intermediate experience with SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, BrightLocal, or similar.
  • Experience with Python or automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency.
