Description

  • Own individual features or content updates with input from senior product managers.
  • Analyze product performance by tracking KPIs and player behavior trends.
  • Draft feature documentation, specifications, and user flows for Design and Engineering.
  • Support live operations by helping execute seasonal content and offers.
  • Participate in A/B test setup and interpretation of results.
  • Collaborate with UX, Production, Engineering, analytics, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Learn product development best practices from senior and lead product managers.
  • Contribute to decision-making through data-driven iteration and player engagement analysis.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in product management, game production, or an equivalent discipline in the games industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and contribute meaningfully to live game operations.
  • Comfort working with data to inform decisions and collaborating with analytics partners.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in growing toward senior-level ownership and roadmap influence over time.
  • Passion for games and curiosity about player engagement and satisfaction.
  • Experience with A/B testing, offer management, or in-game economies (bonus).
  • Proficiency in SQL or tools like Looker, Amplitude, or Tableau (bonus).
  • Exposure to agile development workflows (bonus).
  • Résumé/CV must be written in English.
