Description

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for Parcel Management solutions.
  • Align product strategy with company objectives, market opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Translate feedback, market trends, data standards, legislation, and competitive insights into the product roadmap.
  • Evaluate AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to improve parcel workflows and data quality.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to develop user stories, features, technical priorities, and product requirements.
  • Manage product backlogs and drive delivery using Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Implementation teams to drive adoption and measurable customer outcomes.
  • Develop business cases for new features and enhancements using customer, product, and data-quality metrics.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with demonstrations, positioning, launches, and customer education.
  • Build customer relationships, monitor industry developments, and represent the company at conferences and user groups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, GovTech, workflow automation, or business process software.
  • Experience with parcel management, property assessment or taxation, cadastral GIS, land records, public records access, or related local government technology preferred.
  • Ability to translate customer and data-workflow needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and feature priorities.
  • Strong technical fluency with SaaS products, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architectures, and web applications.
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud platforms; Azure preferred.
  • Understanding of web application frameworks such as Angular or React and user experience principles.
  • Experience using customer, product, and data-quality metrics to guide decisions.
  • Practical knowledge of AI and emerging technologies and their application to customer workflows.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, plus a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
