Description

  • Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Parcel Management solutions.
  • Align product strategy with company objectives, market opportunities, customer feedback, data standards, and competitive insights.
  • Evaluate AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies to modernize parcel workflows and improve data quality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on parcel data management, property assessment and taxation, GIS integration, and public property-information access.
  • Translate strategy into user stories, features, technical priorities, and managed product backlogs with Engineering.
  • Drive Agile product delivery and partner with Customer Success and Implementation to support adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Develop data-driven business cases for product enhancements and use analytics and experimentation to improve user experience.
  • Support Sales and Marketing with product demonstrations, competitive positioning, launches, and customer education.
  • Build customer relationships and monitor workflows, statutory requirements, industry trends, legislation, and competitor offerings.
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, user groups, GIS and assessor conferences, and industry events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, workflow automation, or business process software.
  • Experience with parcel management, property assessment or taxation, cadastral GIS, land records, public records access, or related local-government technology is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to translate customer and data-workflow needs into product strategy, roadmaps, and feature prioritization.
  • Technical fluency with modern SaaS products, APIs, integrations, cloud platforms, data architectures, and web applications.
  • Familiarity with .NET, C#, JavaScript, SQL, and cloud platforms; Azure is preferred.
  • Understanding of Angular, React, and user-experience principles.
  • Experience using customer, product, and data-quality metrics to inform product decisions.
  • Practical familiarity with AI and emerging technologies and their application to customer workflows.
  • Experience working with Agile teams and tools such as Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Public Administration, GIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
