Description

  • Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including transaction coding and recordkeeping.
  • Prepare and complete reconciliations on a consistent monthly cadence.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections follow-up.
  • Own month-end prep, close checklists, and close processes by the required deadline.
  • Deliver recurring finance reports, cash updates, and close summaries on schedule.
  • Review expenses, follow up with vendors, and manage invoice workflows end to end.
  • Keep financial records organized, accurate, and audit-ready for owners, CPAs, or finance leads.
  • Communicate financial status clearly with owners, CPAs, and internal teams.
  • Handle high transaction volume with accuracy and consistency across multiple businesses.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting support experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.
  • Experience reconciling 3+ accounts monthly for at least 12 months.
  • Experience managing $100k+ in monthly transactions or 150+ transactions per month.
  • Ability to close books by day 10 or faster for 6 consecutive months.
  • Ability to manage 10+ client books simultaneously is preferred.
  • Professional home office setup and reliable internet connection.
  • Introductory video submission required as part of the recruitment process.
