Description

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, timeline management, deliverables tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and product teams to define and implement technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable project plans, milestones, and documentation.
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and blocking issues, and drive timely resolution.
  • Facilitate meetings, status updates, and decision-making sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment between internal teams and the client’s business objectives.
  • Monitor progress, adjust priorities, and maintain control of scope and timelines.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, dashboards, reports, SOPs, and post-mortems.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by optimizing processes and delivery methods.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Program Coordinator, or in a similar role.
  • Proven success managing technology, engineering, or IT-focused projects.
  • Strong understanding of technical environments, including infrastructure, software, cloud, networking, or similar areas.
  • Experience working with engineering teams and understanding technical requirements at a functional level.
  • Solid command of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-level communication.
  • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar tools.
  • Advanced English, written and verbal, is required.
  • Experience in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.
  • Experience working with US-based teams or clients is preferred.
  • Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, CSM, ITIL, or similar are preferred.
  • Background in software development, QA, networking, or IT operations is preferred.
