Description

  • Manage end-to-end execution of multiple SaaS-based projects and priorities.
  • Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, roadmaps, and team responsibilities.
  • Coordinate product, engineering, design, QA, business, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Drive daily execution, track delivery progress, and ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and operational gaps proactively.
  • Maintain release sheets, sprint trackers, project documentation, and status reports.
  • Communicate progress, dependencies, timelines, and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Lead planning meetings, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and delivery discussions.
  • Improve project workflows and implement effective planning and execution practices.
  • Ensure teams follow quality, security, scalability, and operational efficiency standards.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project, program, or delivery management.
  • Experience managing SaaS-based, cloud-driven, and AI-powered products or projects.
  • Hands-on experience with AI products, integrations, or intelligent automation workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and agile execution processes.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, or similar project management tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and shifting priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, organizational, and process management abilities.
  • Understanding of systems and workflows sufficient to ask informed questions and provide detailed feedback.
  • Ownership mindset, strong accountability, adaptability, integrity, and collaborative working style.
